It's so easy during the holidays to get overwhelmed with everything that has to be done - all the presents that have to be meticulous picked and bought and then mailed, the cards that have to be signed and sent, etc. So, it's not hard to imagine that we get caught up in the power and possessions and prestige that they bring us.

This season, we're challenging ourselves and you to realize where your happiness truly lies - in the ones you love that will always be there, even when the three Ps - power, prestige, and possessions - aren't.

We both have been working hard to be healthier and more active. Sometimes it's very easy to get so caught up in it that you give yourself no slack, no credit for the success. 

Forgiveness within yourself and forgiveness towards other are very important for progression and continuing on through life without a heavy heart.

We are human. We make mistakes and then we learn from them. We must forgive ourselves for what we have done in the past. We can't expect others to forgive us if we can't even forgive ourselves.
